Returns
We want you to love your Blitzen's Corner purchases. Therefore, we have a 15-day return policy. This means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn or unused and in it's original packaging.
If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. We also cannot accept returns on sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, please email us at info@blitzenscorner.com.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds (if applicable)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
