  THE NAME:

  It’s considered the most wonderful time of the year, but nothing can get done without the help of Santa’s reindeer. With their magical techniques and gorgeous brown coat, they can certainly be considered the true heroes of Christmas for getting the big guy to their destination. As many characters are in the song, there was always a mystery about Blitzen.

  Inspired by the lack of representation in Christmas characters, Blitzen’s Corner was curated with the interpretation of Blitzen being a jazzier reindeer from the corner of MLK Blvd and the North Pole. The first letters of his name starting with BL were no coincidence as he is clearly a reindeer of Black descent.

  MISSION:

  Our mission at Blitzen’s Corner is to expand representation in
  holiday décor items. By promoting products specifically with Black
  people on them, we are enhancing the selection for families everywhere.
  Everyone deserves options, and at Blitzen’s Corner, we provide Christmas options that fit the needs of your beautiful family. From nutcrackers, figurines, Santas, and more, we’ve carefully crafted each item to represent every sun-kissed hue that represents the Black family.

  As we intend to expand our store with more items, we do so with the promise to impact the Black community and cultivate awareness around the lack of representation in Christmas décor. Now more than ever, it’s imperative that future generations are able to see themselves in all forms of beauty and entertainment. We strongly believe in the ability to make an impact, and through our store, it brings us great joy to spread holiday joy and excitement with each one of our beautifully made products.
